Bianca Lupovici Diener was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and raised in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. In her formative years, Bianca attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology, in 1999 and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. During her undergrad, she was also employed full time at the International Corporate Law Department of a major multinational law firm in Miami.
Bianca’s litigation experience both prior to and during the time she has been certified as a mediator has included personal injury defense on behalf of insurance carriers, personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiff against insurers and 1st party property disputes including commercial and residential properties.
In 2003, Bianca obtained her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While attending law school, Bianca obtained first place in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Negotiations Competition, allowing her to compete in the national finals. Due to her language proficiency, Bianca also served as Staff Editor of the International Citator and Research Guide- also known as “The Greenbook”. The International Citator and Research Guide is the first comprehensive research manual of international legal citation and law created for legal practitioners and academics.
