Cindy Niad Hannah, Esq. is AV-Preeminent rated attorney and is President and Chief Executive Officer of ATD Mediation & Arbitration, P.A. She has mediated over 7,500 lawsuits and pre-suit disputes.

Laura Bonn, Esq., joined ATD Mediation & Arbitration, P.A.  in 2007, where she has mediated hundreds of lawsuits and pre-suit disputes throughout South Florida.

Ware has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in South Florida since 1984. Although his practice concentrates on employment litigation, he has tried over 200 cases to verdict.

 

Handled over 600 cases in Federal and State Court involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and represented parties in over 500 mediations and settlement conferences.

 

Ramon C. Palacio, Esq. is a Board Certified attorney in Condominium and Planned Development law, a distinction shared by less than 3% of the attorneys licensed to practice in the State of Florida, and reflecting the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar as to the competency and experience of attorneys in their certification practice area.

 

Barbara McCarthy has presided over thousands of lawsuits, ranging from discovery disputes to complex multi-party civil matters, as well as over 750 jury trials, and also served as a Civil Magistrate for over seven (7) years in Broward County.

For more than fifteen years, Stanley Zamor has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. He is certified in Circuit Civil/County and Family Court Mediator and is an approved Primary Civil Mediator Trainer and Assistant Family Mediation Trainer. Stanley is a dedicated mediator and has mediated thousands of cases.

Kent S. Pratt, Esq, is an AV Preeminent rated attorney. Mr. Pratt was a Board Certified Civial Trial attorney from 1986-2021. In 44 years of practice Kent represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, first party property case, construction litigation, excessive force police liability and workers compensation cases.

 

Jason S. Weiss, Esq.

Throughout his twenty plus year legal career, Jason S. Weiss concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial/business litigation and sports and entertainment law. He also is brought in by co-counsel to negotiate “deal breaker areas of contention in business deals”.
